These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Valencia Is Yours.
2. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features of the platform, you must create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, notify us of breaches, and take responsibility for all activities under your account.
3. Service Description & Inventory
Valencia Is Yours provides a comprehensive operating system connecting locals and travelers with businesses (Partners), service providers (Providers), and logistics (Drivers).
4. Partner Obligations
Partners and Drivers must pass verification, maintain accurate descriptions, hold necessary licenses, and provide high-quality service.
5. Payments, Fees, and Commissions
We collect commissions on bookings and subscriptions for premium features. Refund policies are determined by Partners subject to local laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform design, code, and curated content belong to Valencia Is Yours. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for platform operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide the platform 'as-is'. We are not liable for conflicts during physical tours or rides booked via the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform's reputation.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valencia, Spain.
10. Mobile App Authentication
Our mobile application supports authentication via third-party services, including Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In, to provide a seamless and secure sign-in experience.
